Hiring

We’re always excited to connect with exceptional talent. If you’re passionate about our mission and believe you can make a meaningful contribution to our work, we want to hear from you. We’re particularly interested in people who have thought carefully about the potential effects of developments in AI. Please send your CV along with a brief pitch explaining how you could contribute to our mission.

Funding

If you’re looking for a grant or investment, you can send us a proposal. We receive far more requests than we have capacity to fund or evaluate, so unfortunately we can’t promise to respond to all enquiries. Some factors we’ll look for include:

  • A promising theory of change and expected cost-effectiveness (grants) or market opportunity and business plan (investments).
  • Evidence suggesting you are likely to execute well on the idea, e.g. progress on your plan so far, or your broader career achievements.
  • Very clear relevance to our focus areas.
